Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a form of talking therapy which uses art materials within the space to explore complex emotions and gain understanding and insight. This method can also be useful to address experiences or concerns which may not been resolved by other approaches. The relationship with your therapist and the art created within the sessions are the key focus, and no artistic experience is required. This method can be especially useful with things that can be difficult to verbalise or discuss openly. Claire is a full BAAT (British association of Art Therapy) and HCPC (Health and care Professions Council) registered practitioner.
